  • John Casada M.D., Ph.D.

    He serves as the psychiatrist for the Medical and Counseling Care Center at Abilene Christian University and outpatient psychiatrist and clinical supervisor at Life Renovations. A graduate of ACU, he received his medical degree and Ph.D. in biomedical sciences from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. He is board certified in General Adult Psychiatry, and has over 10 years of experience providing pharmaco and psychotherapies to adolescents and adults. He has been an academic psychiatrist at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, where he engaged in research, general medical and psychiatric education and clinical psychiatry before joining ACU in 2008. Dr. Casada is passionate about providing quality psychiatric care for his patients and educating and supervising mid-level providers who are also eager to provide excellent mental health care.

  • CODY RANDEL
    CODY RANDEL MS, PA-C

    Chief Operating Officer of EyeLink Technologies, but first and foremost serves as a Behavioral Health Medical Provider specializing in psychotherapy and psychopharmacology. He views it as a privilege to take care of people during the greatest difficulties of their lives and treats his patients with great care and respect. His personal vision is to provide dynamic and individualized mental health care to meet the needs of patients via telepsychiatry anywhere a patient may require mental health services–whether at their doctor’s office, their workplace, at home, away on travel or any other private location.

  • Autumn Leslie
    Autumn Leslie Licensed Professional Counselor

    Autumn earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Community Counseling. She has had the privilege of working with a broad range of populations. Autumn has extensive experience in mental health clinics, private practice settings, drug and alcohol facilities, university settings, and the criminal justice system. Autumn is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas and Arizona, as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC.) She has worked in the counseling field for the past 19 years and also currently practices as a Life Coach, Hypnotherapist and Neuro Linguistic Practitioner.

    Tracy Fleet LPC-S

    Tracy Fleet has 13 years of experience within the mental health field where he has exhibited an outstanding ability in program development, case management, expansion of mental health services, and managing staff from various disciplines within the field. Tracy is extremely passionate about helping others through collaboration in creating therapeutic solutions.

  • Lauren Gleichman
    Lauren Gleichman Licensed Professional Counselor

    Lauren is a prior military spouse and a mother of one very active toddler. She has lived all over Texas most of her life, with only a brief period stationed in Virginia. When it comes to Lauren’s practice, she believes that any therapeutic relationship requires the collaboration of both client and therapist as there is no better expert in a client’s life than him or herself. Lauren has particular interest and experience in couples counseling, anxiety, trauma, and depression through her work in inpatient/outpatient settings for the last 7 years. In addition, she specializes in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) treatment for those diagnosed with PTSD, which is a 12 session evidence-based protocol originally utilized by Veterans Affairs.

    As a prior military spouse, she has experience and a passion for working with service members and their families. Often, the transition from deployment and from military to civilian life can be difficult. In addition, the stressors military families face are unique and complex.
